Job Description
- Works under the supervision of the nurse manager/clinical coordinator.
- Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care on a nursing unit/department according to unit policies and procedures.
- Provides supervision of non-RN personnel on the assigned unit.
- Maintains a safe environment for the protection of the patient and others from injury.
Requirements include a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, proficiency in using computer software, and ability to use the internet for literature searches regarding patient care.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
