As the premier provider of outstanding urgent care medical services in the Northeast, we’re always looking for top-notch individuals to join our team.
We are actively seeking new or recent graduate Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join our provider team! We are looking for APPs who are highly motivated, have a great personality, are committed to learning, and have a strong desire to practice in urgent care medicine. We will be offering an intensive new graduate UCA accredited fellowship program with a comprehensive urgent care curriculum.

Eligibility Requirements:
- New Graduate or APPs with less than 2 years of work experience in a specialty outside of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
- Graduate or Expected graduate of an accredited PA or FNP Program
- Eligible or NCCPA certified or AANP/ANCC certified.
- Eligible or licensed in the State of CT
- Eligible or current CT Controlled Substance License
- Eligible or current DEA License

- CV
- Personal Statement of interest in the urgent care fellowship program
- Three Letters of Recommendation (new graduate - Program Director and 2 preceptor recommendations one of which should be from an urgent care or emergency medicine rotation, experienced provider – one must be from a supervisor)
