Job Title: Property Supervisor – Multifamily Portfolio

Position Summary: The Property Supervisor is responsible for providing operational direction across a portfolio of approximately 40 multifamily properties located throughout the San Fernando Valley. This position requires consistent performance, task management, interpersonal skills, regulatory compliance, and leadership of on-site property managers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the performance of on-site property managers, leasing staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, delivering reports on delinquencies, leasing performance, maintenance status, and operations.
- Facilitate clear and professional communication between ownership, on-site management teams, and tenants to ensure alignment of expectations and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Conduct regular property inspections to verify maintenance standards, curb appeal, and compliance with company policies, local ordinances, and applicable housing regulations.
- Ensure property managers are performing their duties.
- Address escalated tenant concerns, mediate disputes, and supervise legal matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in multifamily property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or regional oversight capacity managing multiple properties.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both languages with tenants, staff, and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with ownership, tenants, vendors, and staff.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel between properties.
- High level of integrity, organizational skills, and ability to manage a multitude of tasks and priorities.
Pay: $72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
