Responsibilities:
- Manage territory by developing itineraries and call reports, managing prospecting and other call activity.
- Grow Sales, Parts, Service and Rental Sales volumes and expand the customer base by selling new and used equipment.
- Be an effective business partner to customers and prospects by understanding their business needs.
- Coordinate financing and Insurance with the appropriate departments
- Meet established performance criteria as determined by Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic - Self Starter with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objectives
- Quality Customer Service skills, Responsive.
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Persistent, Competitive and good work ethic
- Focuses on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
