We’re hiring an Accounting Manager at Yale Cordage in Saco, Maine.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience (standard costing, inventory, variances)
- Can own the month-end close process
- Enjoys partnering with operations and supply chain to understand and improve cost and margin drivers
- Is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
This role will work closely with the Controller and will play a critical part in strengthening our financial processes, improving visibility into gross margins, and supporting our continued growth.
