Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods by efficiently handling food prep and plating tasks
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supplies needed
Qualifications
