We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Operations Coordinator to join our team at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading community health center that values inclusivity and commitment to the well-being of our members.
As a Dental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing, recommending, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and maintain compliance with dental regulations. You will also provide updates to the dental leadership team, travel to attend meetings and observe/train/support clinic staff, and support new hires by assessing training needs and creating curricula.
This role requires strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic dental records (EDR).
Our ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and five years' Healthcare experience, with at least one year being in Dental. Registered as a Dental Assistant (Washington only) within 30 days of hire is required, as well as CPR certification and AIDS education within 90 days of hire.
We offer a competitive yearly compensation of $77,900-$84,400 DOE, relocation allowance may be available, 100% employer-paid health insurance, profit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan, generous PTO, and 8 paid holidays.
