Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and other project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
- Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid and other estimating tools
- Coordinate construction schedules with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of project phases
- Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to verify accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Supervise construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
