Mid-Level Provider Family Practice

Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual female mid-level provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM no weekends or major holidays.

Duties

• The Mid-Level Provider will deliver comprehensive family practice care, including acute visits, chronic disease management, wellness exams, and minor procedures withing scope. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, reliable and comfortable working independently with physician support available.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications in accordance with DEA regulations.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret laboratory tests, radiology reports, and diagnostic test results such as ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly within EMR/EHR systems NextGen while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security standards.

Requirements

• Valid advanced practice provider license (NP or PA) with current state certification for family practice.
• Proven experience in primary care settings with proficiency in hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems NextGen; telehealth experience is highly desirable.
• Competency in CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding for accurate billing and documentation purposes.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients on health coaching, and medication management.
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative practice agreements while adhering to HIPAA regulations and DME standards.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
