Overview
Yahyo’s Juicery is looking for a reliable, energetic and hardworking team member to join our juice bar. We are looking for someone who is friendly with customers, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail and understands that keeping the entire facility clean is part of the job.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, wellness shots and other beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Wash, cut, peel and prepare fresh fruits, vegetables and other ingredients
- Properly operate and clean juicers, blenders and other equipment
- Bottle, label, organize and properly store juices and prepared products
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Heat and serve our plant-based patties and other menu items
- Assist with food preparation and service on our designated food days
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards to maintain consistency
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Answer basic questions about menu items and ingredients
- Take orders and operate the POS/register
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Restock produce, ingredients, cups, lids, straws, napkins, patties and other supplies throughout the shift
- Monitor inventory and communicate when products or supplies are running low
- Keep refrigerators, counters, prep stations and storage areas clean and organized
- Wash dishes, utensils, containers, juicing equipment and other kitchen tools
- Wipe and sanitize counters, tables, equipment and customer areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and maintain the restroom throughout the day
- Complete opening and closing cleaning responsibilities
- Follow proper food-handling, sanitation and hygiene procedures
- Help maintain an organized, clean and welcoming environment at all times
- Assist other team members wherever needed, especially during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is dependable, punctual, clean, organized and willing to work. This is a hands-on position. Team members are expected to notice what needs to be done and take initiative rather than waiting to be told every task.
You should be comfortable multitasking between customers, preparing drinks, restocking, cleaning and food preparation.
Previous juice bar, café, restaurant or food-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
