Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed HVAC Contractor in the State of Idaho to act as the Responsible Individual (RI) for our HVAC-related construction activities.
This role will ensure compliance with Idaho regulations, permitting requirements, and applicable codes, while supporting our project team on a consulting basis.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the licensed HVAC Contractor of record for Idaho projects
· Provide license coverage for company operations in Idaho
· Ensure compliance with:
o Idaho HVAC codes
o Local permitting requirements
· Support permit applications, inspections, and regulatory coordination
· Provide technical consultation and oversight
· Collaborate with internal QA/QC team to ensure compliance with project standards
· Be available for consultation and site visits
Qualifications
· Valid Idaho HVAC Contractor License (active & in good standing)
· Experience in commercial / industrial HVAC systems
· Familiar with permitting, inspections, and code compliance
· Experience in semiconductor / cleanroom / piping systems is a plus
Salary : $15,000
