We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team and manage strategic OEM and distribution sales efforts across parts of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key OEMs and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customers
- Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling to existing accounts
- Lead regular customer and distributor reviews, including QBRs
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to design in YAGEO products and gain AVL/BOM approvals
- Deliver product training to distributor partners
- Support Pricing Analyst with strategic RFQs
- Provide market insights to management to support planning and strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
- 3 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong record of success
- Passion for winning—motivated, competitive, and achievement-driven
- A dynamic communicator and natural relationship builder
- Comfortable with consultative, solutions-based selling
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to craft compelling presentations
- Skilled at problem-solving, time management, and multitasking
- Eager to grow with a global leader and contribute to a high-performance sales team
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated/standing) for extended periods
