Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product introductions, including pricing, launch timelines, and promotional planning, while managing product budgets.
- Determine and oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across channels such as print, digital, website banners, and social media (e-marketing).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and distributors to drive business growth and meet annual revenue targets.
- Manage and execute the annual tradeshow plan and e-marketing budget to support effective market promotion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Management (PJM), and Sales teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Travel up to 30%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field
- Exposure to Antenna business.
- Relationships with OEM customers/distributors in North America.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated/standing) for extended periods

- Exempt - The salary range for this role is up to $150,000, based on experience.
