Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage your station during shifts, adhering to all specifications and restocking food as necessary
- Prepare and portion all menu items for your station with precision
- Ensure all products are correctly portioned and follow our established recipes
- Maintain stringent sanitization standards at your workstation and adhere to all food handling protocols
- Provide support to other stations in the kitchen as directed by management
We're Looking for a Prep Cook Who:
- Has prior experience in food production, presentation, service, and maintaining sanitation standards
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Can comfortably lift up to 50 pounds
- Performs well in fast-paced settings and can handle the pressure of a busy kitchen
- Possesses strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with team members
- Is able to stand for extended periods (8 hours per shift)
- Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
