- Experience with the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and electronic hearing scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confident, professional communicator who is willing to speak up when something needs attention.

- Must be comfortable working in-office in Boca Raton.
The Person We're Looking For
You are someone who naturally thinks, "What needs to happen next?"
You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and don't assume someone else will catch a missed deadline or unfinished task. If you see a process that isn't working, you raise the issue and help find a better way.
You enjoy being part of a team, but you are also comfortable taking the lead. As Yaffa Family Law Group grows, there is an opportunity for the right person to take on increasing responsibility and leadership within the firm.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Boca Raton, Florida.
