What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Lead Teacher/Nanny position at Yadkin Path Montessori?
We are looking for an Infant Guide/Teacher to join our staff to work with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months. This is a full-time position with work hours from approximately 6:30 am to 6:00 pm with a lunch break.

We are a "work family" so we're looking for individuals interested in staying with us long term. Requirements:
- Experience in working with children 6 weeks to 18 months old
- Interest in long-term employment
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Willing to learn new skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of, or experience with Montessori
- NC Early Childhood credentials or Associate's in Early Childhood
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Art, Religion, Philosophy, English or Literature
Pay is based on experience/education. To achieve higher rates of pay, opportunities to engage in further education are available. Bonuses are also offered when applicable.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $31,200.00 per year
