Position Summary:
Travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities and be responsible for:
Educating nursing staff to monitor and assess pulmonary status.
Develop and implement respiratory programs to treat acute/chronic illness.
Review resident’s plan of care for appropriateness.
Collaborate with rehab staff, physician, and nurses to improve care.
Be responsible for continuous nursing education and managing each facility’s respiratory program.

VA License
