Schedule
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Days
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during weekend shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
- Respond to clinical concerns, emergencies, and family needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor staffing, workflows, and resident safety
- Promote a positive, team-focused nursing environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- At least one year in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work independently and manage weekend operations
