What You’ll Do

• Lead daily clinical operations on the unit
• Support, guide, and supervise nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal LTC regulations
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote high‑quality care
  
  
  

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RN or LPN license
• Supervisory experience in long‑term care
