LPN Job Responsibilities
As an LPN at Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Supervise and assist nursing assistants (CNAs)
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
LPN Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current LPN License in the State of North Carolina (required)
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
