- Assist residents and families with completing admissions paperwork, financial documents, and medical records
- Prepare rooms prior to new resident arrivals and ensure a smooth admission experience
- Welcome residents and families on admission day, answering questions and ensuring comfort
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage admissions, discharges, and room transfers effectively
- Build and maintain a strong referral base within the Charlotte healthcare community
- Provide daily census reports to the team and contribute to marketing plans (short- and long-term)
- Represent Rockwell Park Rehab at presentations and community events
- Report hazardous conditions, equipment issues, or supply needs promptly
- Follow infection control and safety precautions consistently
- Maintain residents’ comfort, privacy, dignity, and respect at all times
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and supervisors
- Respond to resident concerns and participate in meetings and in-services as directed
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of marketing, admissions, or related experience, in a Long-Term Care capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
- 2 years of healthcare or senior care admissions experience
