3 years of Rhino 3D experience (you live and breathe it!)
A strong foundation in marine or industrial design
Solid understanding of FRP and production methods

Role Description - Product Designer – Marine Industry
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine/Industrial Designer at Yacht Design Works. Responsible for tasks such as industrial design, product design, prototyping, design thinking, and product development. Fluent in Rhino 3D, Production Boat Design, Adobe Suites, a passion for seeing a design grow into reality, open to a Friendly/Professional work environment. Computer Generated Rendering, Furniture construction methods, working with vendors. Marine Experience is a plus, a passion for seeing a design grow into reality, open to a Friendly/Professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Industrial Design and Product Design skills
- Experience in prototyping and design thinking
- Product Development experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong discipline for ergonomics, dimensions and tolerances
- Proficiency in Rhino CAD and other design software (Must have Rhino Experience) High-Level
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related field
