Position Overview
As a YAAAS TEA Bobarista, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every guest's delightful experience. You’ll craft, cook, and package our high-quality tea products, maintaining our store's cleanliness and operational organization. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, assist with navigation to order kiosks, and offer guidance on our menu.
- Ensure store cleanliness and orderliness.
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the YAAAS TEA menu to enhance guest service.
- Conduct cash transactions and inform guests about our rewards program.
- Follow our SOPs diligently for crafting and packaging beverages.
- Restock stations for continuous drink production.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
- Efficiently manage kitchen schedules and daily responsibilities.
- Maintain kitchen and store cleanliness.
- Adhere to BOH prep and recipes to uphold our quality standards.
- Implement the FIFO method to maintain freshness.
- Strong verbal communication for effective guest and team interactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in time management and quick decision-making.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and open-minded work ethic.
