Delivery Driver

Y-Yard Auto & Truck, Inc is an automotive recycling facility that sells quality, recycled, original parts to wholesale and retail customers. Our goal is to provide our customers the best experience one part at a time.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a valid, Class C driver's license. This position will work approximately four days a week, 6:30 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday with the day off varying.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow established delivery routes and procedures
• Handle products with care and ensure they are delivered in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and resolving any issues or concerns
• Assist with picking up reusable cardboard and pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid, Class C driver's license with a clean driving record
• DOT physical
• At least one year of experience in a delivery or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to be flexible with weekly schedule by working three days/week, Monday-Friday. Work days may vary from week to week.
