Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch
- No evenings or weekends
Primary Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances in a professional and courteous manner
- Reconcile customer accounts and research payment discrepancies
- Prepare deposits and post daily receipts
- Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and payment arrangements
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve account issues
- Maintain organized customer files and documentation
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
