Job Description
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for experienced local Construction Project Manager in Los Angeles to join our team, with opportunities for long-term partnership. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects and overall project execution, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and ensuring top-quality standards.
- Address project risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards;
- Manage construction teams and coordinate scheduling of different trades;
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, designers, and internal teams;
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial projects;
- Ability to independently manage projects from start to completion;
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects;
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills;
- Strong communication and on-site management skills;
- Knowledge of US construction processes, relevant safety regulations and compliance requirements (local experienced preferred);
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a strong asset;
