Position Summary
We are seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to support students throughout their housing journey. This role is responsible for assisting prospective and current residents, coordinating move-ins, organizing payments, and supporting operational activities. You will play a key role in resident satisfaction and overall property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective residents through the move-in and onboarding process
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide support throughout their stay
- Assist students with housing selections and roommate matching
- Handle rent collection, payment reminders, and follow-up on outstanding payments
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive living environment
- Assist during seasonal high-volume periods (3-5 weekends per year)
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with students and families
- Ability to work in-office 4-5 days/week during training, then hybrid (2-3 days/week based on performance)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in student housing, property management, or real estate
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
