Position SummaryOur client is the premier student housing provider in the Hudson County area, helping over 600 local college students find convenient and quality housing options in Hoboken. They are a rapidly growing company, with consistent 15-30% YoY growth and an expanding team (20% headcount growth YoY). They currently manage 12 key locations (and more in progress) with a team of 6 young and active people.This is a hybrid role: during onboarding, you’ll work 4–5 days per week in the Hoboken office, and afterward, there’s flexibility to work 3–4 days per week depending on performance and team needs.Key ResponsibilitiesActivate and re-engage cold leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.Research and identify new prospects across new and existing customer markets.Qualify inbound and outbound leads, nurturing them to a point of handoff to the sales team.Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and lead status.Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.Lead Summer sales program end-to-end, responsible for driving 3-5% of company revenue.Required Qualifications1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with students and familiesAbility to work in-office 4-5 days/week during training, then hybrid (2-3 days/week based on performance)Preferred QualificationsExperience in student housing, property management, or real estateExperience in a startup or fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive salaryUnlimited paid time off (employees typically take 2-4 weeks per year)Health insurance available after 2-month onboarding periodCareer development and growth opportunities
