Responsibilities
- Prepare banquet rooms by setting tables, arranging linens, and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place for events
- Support food presentation and setup, including arranging buffet stations or serving stations with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to guest needs and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred, especially in banquet or catering settings
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend and stoop, twisting, lifting moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting with energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
