Meat Processor's must:
• Follow recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain safe and clean equipment.
• Stock food items, merchandise, and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
• Weigh or measure ingredients, such as meats and liquids
• Cut meats and prepare them for cooking
• Keep food in suitable containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
• Take and record the temperature of food and food storage areas
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cut and weigh meat and other ingredients
• Encourage other team members.
• Accept coaching from Managers.
Experience:
• Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
Certification
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
