What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian/Stocker RAPIDES position at Y-Not Stop?
What You’ll Do:
- Follow Y-Not Stop rules and keep the store safe for everyone
- Bring good vibes — stay focused, positive, and drama-free
- Rock your uniform and safety gear
- Clean up spills fast and report anything that needs fixing
- Stock it right (FIFO!) and keep coolers looking sharp
- Show up on time and ready to roll
- Be an awesome teammate — jump in, help out, and ask when you need help
- Smile big, greet customers, and help them find what they need
- Handle concerns kindly and call in a manager when needed
- Pay for your snacks before you enjoy them
- Keep your phone put away so customers get your best
- Keep the store sparkling and knock out the daily checklist
- Do quick fixes (like swapping lightbulbs) and help with deliveries
- Spot things that need cleaning or attention before anyone asks

- This role involves frequent standing and walking, with occasional bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
