We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Stays focused, dependable, and drama-free
- Wears full uniform and required safety gear
- Practices safe food handling, labeling, FIFO, and proper equipment use
- Reports safety issues and maintains a clean, sanitized kitchen every shift
- Works scheduled shifts on time and supports the team
- Prepares accurate, fast, high-quality food orders
- Handles customer concerns politely and professionally
- Respects cell phone and break policies
- Keeps all areas clean, stocked, and safe for customers and coworkers
- Brings a positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn
- Acts with honesty, responsibility, and pride in their work
- This role involves frequent standing and walking, with occasional bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- The job requires regular use of hands, normal hearing and speech, and standard vision capabilities.
