Kitchen Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Kitchen Manager to lead a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen that delivers great food and great service every time. If you love coaching a team, keeping things organized, and making customers happy, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Run daily kitchen operations and follow food safety standards
Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Train and support kitchen team members
Ensure fast, friendly service and accurate orders
Manage prep, inventory, and waste to meet goals
What You Bring
3 years of cooking experience (or equivalent)
Food Safety Cert Responsible Vendor Cert (or willing to obtain)
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours

Physical Demands & Work Environment (Condensed)
- This role requires regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling equipment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
