What You'll Do

• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm during face-to-face customer interactions.
• Execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events designed to increase customer engagement.
• Build relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and recommending products or services that best fit them.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve campaign and sales goals.
• Accurately track customer interactions and campaign performance.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on customer acquisition, sales strategies, communication, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other people-focused roles is a plus—but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Typical first-year earnings range from approximately $3,000 to $6,000 per month, depending on individual performance, schedule, and commission results.
