Qualifications
- Proficiency in caregiving, including assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships and collaborate with individuals, families, and team members
- Knowledge of implementing support plans and enforcing policies to advocate for consumer rights and preferences
- Organizational skills to maintain records and manage schedules effectively
- Ability to work both in-person and remotely, with flexibility and self-motivation
- High school diploma or equivalency required; relevant experience in developmental disabilities or social services is highly beneficial
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended
