Mechanical Technician Level II
Job Summary
The Mechanical Technician Level II assumes a high level of responsibility early, supporting our field teams in their delivery of client services. Successful Mechanical Technicians are fast learners and self-motivated, independent workers. They have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.
Responsibilities:
· Crimping machine set up and maintenance.
· Hand tool selection, test and document.
· Tooling adjust fixture design for production.
· Updating Crimping machine/ Hand tooling records/documents.
· General tool and fixture assembly and maintenance.
· Help new tooling search and recommend for improving efficiency on production floor.
· Train production assemblers, how to use tooling and machines.
· Maintain tooling record. Perform preventive maintenance of tooling a machines.
Other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
· 5 Years of hand crimp tool and crimp machine setup experience
· 5 Years of any mechanical machine setup experience.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
· Basic computer skills
· Able to use basic hand tools like cutter, pliers screw drivers etc.
· Min. High school graduate
· Good communication skills .

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- doing preventive maintenance (PM) on machinary: 1 year (Preferred)
- Maintenance Mechanic: 1 year (Required)
