SmarterHome.ai is a national distributor of cable TV, internet, and home security services, with call centers, a retail kiosk network, affiliate channels, and digital marketing driving growth across the country. We are a fast-moving company and we hold everyone accountable to the numbers.
We are looking for a VP of Performance Marketing who owns results — not just campaigns. This is a senior execution role with full paid media P&L ownership. You will report directly to our President and work closely with our Affiliate Sales Director and channel leads.
What You Will Own
• Full paid media P&L — Facebook IAP, Facebook Retargeting, Google PPC, SEM, and Spanish-language channels
• Weekly CAC and CPL targets across every paid channel
• StubGroup and SmarterHome.ai PPC performance — our highest-spend channels
• Vendor and agency management — you hold them accountable or you replace them
• Affiliate partner pipeline expansion with our
Affiliate Sales Director
• Channel attribution, lead quality scoring, and performance reporting infrastructure
• Ad spend optimization across a multi-million dollar annual budget
• Building a small execution team as channels scale
What We Are Looking For
• 7-10 years in performance marketing with direct P&L ownership — not just campaign management
• Telecom, home services, or high-volume B2C vertical experience strongly preferred
• Proven management of $2M-$10M annual paid media budgets
• Deep hands-on expertise: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEM, CPA/affiliate programs
• Multi-channel attribution modeling — you build the reporting, not just read it
• Remote or global team management experience
• AI-assisted marketing workflow experience is a plus

Compensation
• Base Salary: $120,000 USD per year
• Performance bonus tied to CAC reduction and revenue growth targets
