Overview
XYZ Mental Health is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a BCBA/LBA. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans and supporting individuals with autism in achieving meaningful progress.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions (home and/or clinic)
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Support skill development and behavior reduction goals
- Communicate progress with supervising BCBA
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
Compensation:
- $25 – $35/hour (based on experience)
- Paid training available for RBT certification
Schedule:
