Overview
XYZ Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA/BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The LBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise clinical staff to ensure effective, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Active LBA license in New Jersey
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of BCBA experience (2 preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong assessment, clinical, and supervision skills
- Active NPI preferred
Compensation:
- $85,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
- OR $75–$95/hour (contract option available)
