We’re looking for experienced Welders/Fabricators to join our team in a heavy-industry manufacturing environment. The role involves performing various welding techniques based on engineered drawings, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment and consumables, using hand and power tools, and participating in continuous improvement efforts like 5S audits.

Core Responsibilities
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Accurately interpret engineered drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and dimensions; follow red-line processes and recommend modifications or improvements when appropriate
- Perform welding operations to produce high-quality welds on stainless and carbon steel in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve welding equipment, machine, and consumable issues, including liners, tips, nozzles, spring liners, and insulators
- Operate essential hand and power tools, including grinders and chipping hammers
- Accurately record labor hours and production data in the ERP system (SAP)
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including participation in 5S, housekeeping, and safety audits
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring timely production of high-quality products
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of welding experience (industrial or fabrication environment)
- Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
- GMAW/ MIG Welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- TIG/GTAW welding experience
- Fabrication experience
- Code welding / ASME certification
- Background in heavy industry manufacturing

- The estimated pay range for this position is $23/hr. to $30/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
