Job Summary
The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment; performing preventative maintenance; managing parts inventory; and identifying and correcting safety concerns involving both company- and customer-owned equipment. The technician will regularly interact directly with customers and may support multiple systems, locations, and customer sites.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Medical Certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements
- Ability to obtain required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record required
- Previous technical or field service experience preferred
- 2–5 years of technical work experience, preferably in industrial or commercial process water systems
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems depending on business unit requirements
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to leverage customer feedback and field experience to develop effective solutions, including in complex or unexpected situations
