Pay: starting at $22/hour 10% Shift Differential

The Role:
We're seeking a dependable and safety-consciousPaint and Blast BoothOperator to support our welding and fabrication departments. If you thrive in a detailed-oriented environment and are committed to maintaining safety standards, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC torch tables independently. ????
Inspect, clean, and deburr parts per specifications. ????
Perform tool adjustments to maintain quality.
Complete First Piece Inspection for new setups.
Engage in daily TPM and 5S maintenance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. ????
3 years of experience operating paint booth machinery.
Experience in sandblasting metals and forklift operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude. ⚙️
