We're Hiring a Executive Sales Representative in Milpitas, CA!

Core Responsibilities And Tasks

 Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business

 Creates and delivers quotes and proposals to deliver to customers

 Ensures customer satisfaction and retention

 Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting

 Continues to stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner

 Conducts Sales Presentations and Product Demos

 Facilitates new customer engagements (Webinars, Lunch & Learns, Trade Shows, etc.)

 Extremely complex sales of products and services; utilizes strong knowledge of products, services, and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions to customers

Position Requirements

• FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent 4-7 years of experience Preferred: BA/BS

• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required:

 Strong communication skills

 Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing

 Mastery of sales techniques and an expert of company offerings

 Deep knowledge within a particular product line or vertical market

 Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated ability to engage in collaborative selling

 Must have an acceptable driving record to be insurable to drive for company business

 Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems

 Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Travel required: extensive local and occasional out of state for training
