XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer in Littleton, CO is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, and more! All our products have fitness, health, and comfort designed into them for people in these fields.

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
SCHEDULE: Our team works a 9/80 schedule allowing you to have every other Friday off.

RESPONSIBILITIES Will Include But Not Be Limited To
- Design and update new and existing product line.
- Utilize Inventor/Auto CAD to create product drawings.
- Generate CNC programs and organize output files.
- Convert quotes and sales orders to manufacturing jobs.
- Maintain and organize current orders by identifying priority requirements.
- Generate engineering reports, as required.
- Create routings and bill of materials.
- Communicate with internal departments to clarify engineering questions.
- Create instructions for customers and clients for installation and manufacturing.
- Provide document control management.
QUALIFICATIONS to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required (or related field).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing 2D/3D CAD.
- Engineering related experience in a manufacturing environment (course work and/or internships will be considered).?
- Working knowledge of CNC programming (RouterCIM, project nesting) and CNC machines.
- Millwork design and multi-material fabrication experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of bill of material structuring and ECO processes. Working knowledge of ERP software and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- LEAN training and/or certification preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, communications skills, and efficiency with time management.
