We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of XYAB. You'll be the go-to person for our retail customers — answering questions, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a great impression. You may also pitch in with order coordination and light administrative work as needed.
You'll thrive here if you're a people person who's organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at a quick pace. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
