MUST HAVE A RELIABLE PERSONAL VEHICLE (CAR) AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY.

APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET BOTH REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

This position requires traveling between assigned dispensary locations using your personal vehicle.

About the Opportunity

XXP Company is hiring experienced, outgoing, and reliable Cannabis Brand Ambassadors to represent leading cannabis brands during in-store dispensary demonstrations throughout the New York metropolitan area.

We're looking for individuals with strong cannabis product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-store product demonstrations at licensed cannabis dispensaries.
• Educate eligible adult consumers about cannabis products and brand offerings.
• Build positive relationships with budtenders, dispensary managers, and retail teams.
• Travel between assigned dispensary locations.
• Set up and break down branded demonstration displays.
• Support consumer engagement and product education.
• Submit accurate event recaps, photos, and retail feedback.
• Follow applicable New York cannabis regulations and dispensary policies.

Qualifications

• Previous cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• Budtender, dispensary, or cannabis Brand Ambassador experience highly desirable.
• Strong cannabis product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, punctual, dependable, and organized.
• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
• Must meet applicable age and employment requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00-$30.00 per hour
• Biweekly payments via direct deposit
