Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls or other channels to identify and connect with those who may have funding needs;
- Collect and organize information of interested clients, and submit it to the designated team or record it in the system;
- Follow up promptly with target leads provided by the company to confirm their interest;
- Achieve daily customer acquisition targets and actively explore new approaches for client outreach;
- Assist with other tasks as the business develops and participate in relevant training.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with a bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. university and legal employment status
- Sales or service-oriented experience, preferably in the lending or payments field
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a development plan to achieve performance targets
- Passionate about serving SMEs and adapting to a fast-paced work environment
- Long-term career development plan, willing to learn more professional skills and knowledge as the company develops
Salary
- Base salary commission performance bonus
