Responsibilities
General cleaning duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and shampoo all carpeted areas
- Machine clean and scrub, wax, all VCT flooring
- Machine clean and scrub all tile flooring and baseboards
- Clean and seal grout on all ceramic tile walls and floors
- Clean all exterior windows and window ledges
- Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, hallways, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean glass, mirrors, and entry doors
- Restock restroom supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Maintain outdoor areas as assigned, including entryways, walkways, and surrounding areas
- Follow cleaning schedules, task lists, and safety procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and safely
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Keep cleaning storage areas and equipment organized and maintained
- Clean all air vents, returns, diffusers, grilles, and grates
- Clean all interior windows, windowsills, window ledges, and blinds
- Remove all cobwebs
- Clean all doors, door frames, kick plates, push bars, and handles
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions and schedules
- Must be dependable and able to report to assigned work locations on time
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed

Work Schedule Availability:
