Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming customer orders using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and RF scanners, ensuring all details align with order specifications.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, utilizing order picker equipment, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools.
- Manage shipping & receiving activities, including load & unload operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards.
- Oversee stock levels through inventory management systems like AS400 and MRP (Material Requirements Planning), maintaining optimal stock levels for efficient distribution.
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety standards and packaging guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, shipments, and inventory adjustments for audit purposes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience operating forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as ERP platforms (e.g., AS400), RF scanners, and MRP systems.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance requirements related to shipping & receiving.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet deadlines efficiently.
Pay: $22.81 - $27.47 per hour
