Help Modernize Federal Collaboration and Business Processes

Xtreme Solutions is seeking a skilled SharePoint / Power Platform Engineer to support enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and business process modernization initiatives within a federal Microsoft 365 environment.

In this role, you will design, configure, and support SharePoint Online environments and Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and enhance user collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience administering SharePoint Online, developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and supporting enterprise users in a Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Configure, administer, and maintain SharePoint Online environments
• Develop and support workflow automation solutions using Power Automate
• Design and maintain Power Apps solutions to support business operations
• Configure and manage document libraries, lists, permissions, and collaboration sites
• Support Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 integration activities
• Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Apps, and workflow-related issues
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support user onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives
• Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and user guides
• Assist with dashboard, reporting, and business process integration efforts
• Participate in testing, deployment, and sustainment activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve collaboration and automation capabilities across the enterprise
  
  

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of SharePoint administration and/or development experience
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Experience configuring SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows
• Experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
• Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting technical issues

• Experience developing user training materials and SOPs
